General Shipping Information

Depending on stock availability, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt (“Business days” meaning Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Upon shipment, you will receive email notification of shipment and a tracking number where appropriate. In some cases, your order may actually ship earlier than expected.

Please note that orders shipping to a P.O. Box cannot be expedited.

International Shipping

You may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by Zephyr Technology. You may be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order so you know what to expect.

The shipping charges you pay to Zephyr Technology do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Zephyr and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Zephyr cannot estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, or other fees resulting from international shipments. Contact your local customs office if you need more information.

Zephyr does ship internationally from both the United States and from New Zealand. Shipping location is determined by stock availability and by global destination.
